We ship items Monday to Friday, with a cut-off time of 11am EST. If you cancel your order over the weekend or after the 11am EST cut-off time, we can cancel it before shipping. However, if your order is placed in the morning before the cut-off time, it will ship out as scheduled. In such cases, you will need to receive and return the item for a refund.

Mattress pads and protectors have the potential to trap heat and moisture, creating an environment conducive to mold and mildew growth. If you choose to use a mattress pad or protector, you'll need to clean your topper cover twice as often as you would without the protector. Our topper covers are designed to provide both protection and comfort independently. However, combining either item with our topper can hinder the benefits of the topper itself.

If cleanliness or spill prevention is a concern, regular cleaning of a protector will be necessary.

Dorm beds typically measure 6-8 inches in thickness. For these beds, we recommend using standard-sized fitted sheets. These sheets are designed to match the size of the mattress and can comfortably accommodate both the mattress and our Sleepyhead 2-3 inch mattress toppers. We recommend sheets that are 10-12 inches deep.

For off-campus beds we suggest using deep sheets, 12-15 inches, if the bed is thicker than 10-inches without the topper.

Our topper cover is not waterproof because it would compromise breathability of the cover and overall benefits of the foam. The covers are machine washable and can be dried on low heat. However, please note that the foam cannot be machine washed.
