We recommend rolling up the mattress topper like a sleeping bag and then using a vacuum-sealed bag to compress the topper and storing it at room temperature.

The topper can stay in the box for 6-12 months without affecting its quality. However, we recommend keeping it out of a hot garage and stored at room temperature.

Any sheets 10" or deeper will fit over the topper and mattress.

We recommend measuring your mattress and adding 2-3" to know what size depth of sheets you will need.

If you notice that your bed is particularly slippery, you can use Command strips or a non-slip rug pad for added stability.

While some individuals may be more sensitive to smells than others, we take pride in the minimal scent of our toppers. If you do detect a slight odor, we recommend airing out the topper for 24-72 hours before use.

Our topper cover is not waterproof because it would compromise breathability of the cover and overall benefits of the foam. The covers are machine washable and can be dried on low heat. However, please note that the foam cannot be machine washed.

We do provide a cover for our toppers, but if you're someone who likes to use a mattress pad for extra protection, that's totally up to you. However, we don't recommend using a mattress pad or protector.

Mattress protectors can trap heat and create moisture, which can lead to mold and mildew growth. If you do use a mattress pad or protector, you will need to clean your topper cover twice as much as you would need to without the protector. Our topper covers are designed to be protective and comfortable on their own.

Our 2-inch topper is ideal for individuals who prefer a medium-firm sleep experience or for those with height restrictions on top bunks.

Alternatively, our 3-inch toppers are an excellent choice for side sleepers seeking additional comfort and protection on a dorm mattress, making them a popular option among students.
