Return and Refund Policy
Eligible merchandise can be returned within 60 days from the receipt date for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please use the provided link here, Re:do and follow the instructions. You can process your return or exchange using either your email or order number.

Once you have started a return, you will need to get the items being returned packaged up similarly to the way they were delivered.
Toppers should be shipped back within 7 days of starting a return request.
If you selected Re:do during checkout and need to make an exchange, please follow this link: Re:do . There, you can initiate your exchange and take advantage of the unlimited returns benefits.
If you did not choose the Re:do exchange plan for free returns during checkout, or if you prefer a full refund instead, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method or via store credit depending on what was chosen on Re:do. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the return window has closed or purchases that utilized a gift card.
All prices are final upon purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of Sleepyhead.
Once a tracking number has been issued, we cannot cancel an order. You can return the topper to us once it's been delivered.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have teamed up with Route, a leader in package protection and tracking. This service is automatically added to your order but it is optional and can be removed from your cart. We recommend using this service to protect your order in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you purchased Route shipping protection, you will need to file a claim with Route to request a replacement topper: https://claims.route.com/
We will not be held responsible for orders that have opted-out of Route shipping protection. Any issues that arise with the package will have to be resolved by the customer with the third party shipping company.
Sleepyhead warrants any damages due to defects in materials and craftsmanship when used for five years from the date of original purchase.
Please note that Sleepyhead's warranty does not cover accessories, commercial/rental use, failures stemming from use, abuse, or excessive wear or cover damage due to pet damage, color fading, failure to follow washing instructions, or damage due to burns, odors, mold, ink stains, water/fire, natural disaster, or bodily fluids.
If you discover a defect in your Sleepyhead mattress topper, send us an email: email@example.com to let us know what's going on. Please be sure to include a video, 4 pictures of the damage, a picture of the products batch number and date of purchase or order number.
