Step 1: Bring the Box to Your Bed
Your Sleepyhead mattress topper arrives compact, rolled, and vacuum-sealed in a sturdy box. We recommend moving the unopened box directly to the room where you plan to use the topper. This will save you time and effort when unrolling it later.
Tip: If you're moving into a dorm, you do not need to open the box before move-in day. It is easy to carry and designed for convenient transport.
Step 2: Open the Box and Remove the Topper
Carefully open the box and slide out the vacuum-sealed topper. You will notice it is tightly compressed and rolled to stay protected during shipping.
Important: Avoid using sharp objects like scissors or box cutters directly on the plastic, since you could accidentally cut into the foam. Gently cut along the edge and peel the plastic away slowly to avoid damage.
Step 3: Unroll the Topper on Your Bed
Place the rolled topper on top of your mattress, positioning it so that it unrolls in the correct direction for your bed size. Once unrolled, the topper will begin expanding as air fills the memory foam.
