If you'd like to make a return for any reason, you can return it by contacting customer support to coordinate your return authorization. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date you received it for a full refund or exchange. Clearance item sales are final, and returns cannot be issued. Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There's no restocking fee since the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Use your preferred carrier (UPS or FedEx) and email us the tracking number or receipt to let us know it's on the way. Please reference your name and order number on the box, so we know who to refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
