Sleepyhead's Return & Refund Policy:

We want to ensure that our customers get the best Zzzs possible. 

If you'd like to make a return, you can return it by contacting customer support to coordinate your return authorization. Be sure to have your order information ready. 

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 60 days from the date you received it for a full refund. Discounted merchandise is not eligible for returns. Any shipping fees are non-refundable. 

To start a return, contact us at support@sleepyheadusa.com. Merchandise sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return shipments

Once you have started a return, you will need to get the items being returned packaged up similarly to the way they were delivered.

There's no restocking fee since the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items should be shipped back within 14 days of starting a return request. 

Use your preferred carrier (UPS or FedEx) and email us the tracking number or receipt to confirm the return shipment. Please reference your name and order number on the box so we know who to refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty

Sleepyhead warrants any damages due to defects in materials and craftsmanship when used for five years ("good till graduation") from the original purchase date. If you discover a defect in your Sleepyhead mattress topper, email us at support@sleepyheadusa.com to let us know what's happening. Please include pictures, date of purchase, and order number.
